Working Days: Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Deliveries do not take place on weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day, eg an order placed on Bank Holiday Monday will be processed on the Tuesday.
Standard Delivery for the UK (Great Britain and Northern Ireland): Expect delivery within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) via our UK carrier, DPD. For more details, visit our Delivery & Returns page.
Special Regions: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland may experience longer delivery times.
Express Delivery: Currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Delivery Charges for the UK: A standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies per order. Enjoy free delivery on orders over £75 to UK addresses for a limited time.
Delivery for Europe: We deliver to several European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) may varying delivery charges and timelines. For detailed information, refer to our website.
Delivery Charges for the Europe: A standard delivery charge of around €15 applies for all orders to European countries except Cyprus and Malta. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, PO Boxes or known freight forwarders.
For Europe we aim to deliver your goods within 2-11 working days of dispatching your order, however at busy times orders could take longer to arrive.
Payment: For credit and debit card payments, charges apply once the stock is confirmed, and your order is dispatched. For PayPal orders, payment is taken at the point of order.
Additional Notes
- Deliveries are conducted on weekdays only. Orders placed on Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.
- For Cyprus and Malta, the delivery charge is around €40 on all orders. Additionally, please check our website.
Payment Options
At Harmony Dine, we offer a variety of payment methods to accommodate your needs:
- Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, American Express, and Visa Electron. Payments are only processed once stock is confirmed and your order is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse.
- PayPal: Payment is taken at the point of order when using PayPal.
- Klarna: For Klarna payments, you will be redirected to log in and review your purchase on Klarna's website before finalizing your order on our site. Visit Klarna’s Terms and Conditions for more details.
- Phone Orders: If you prefer not to transmit your payment details online, please call us at +44 (0)7776306817 to place your order directly. Alternatively, you can email info@harmonydine.com with your contact details, and we will call you back to complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion. We also offer a 1-month refund policy; items must be returned within this period for a refund or exchange, with refunds issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your items for any reason. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via:

Please provide your proof of purchase when you contact us. Following your cancellation request, we will guide you on how to return your items safely and quickly.
Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, with barcodes attached, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will refund the original item price plus the associated delivery charge. This refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty items, please contact our Consumer Services immediately to arrange a return or exchange at +44(0)7776306817.
Order Cancellation by Harmony Dine: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In such an event, you will receive a full refund.
Non-returned Items: If you cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them at your expense. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
VAT & Customs Duties
UK VAT: All product prices displayed on our website include UK VAT at the current rate of 20%, applicable when browsing as a UK customer.
EU Deliveries: For deliveries to the EU, please note that you will be responsible for any applicable local taxes or customs duties. These charges will be communicated to you by the courier delivering your goods. At checkout, once you enter your address, the prices will automatically adjust by excluding UK VAT, reflecting the reduced cost of your goods without the UK VAT component. As you continue to browse, you will see the adjusted prices.
Export Restrictions
Our products are designed for use within the UK and selected European countries only. By placing an order, you agree not to resell, export, or transfer our products outside of these regions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to involve shipment to known freight forwarders.

The images on our website are intended for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the product images represent an exact match with the items you receive. If there is a discrepancy, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Promotional Pricing
We occasionally offer promotional discounts. Please note, if you purchase a product before a promotion is applied, we are unable to retroactively adjust the price of your previous purchase.
