Cancellation and Returns Policy

Please provide your proof of purchase when you contact us. Following your cancellation request, we will guide you on how to return your items safely and quickly.
Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, with barcodes attached, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will refund the original item price plus the associated delivery charge. This refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Faulty Goods: If you receive faulty items, please contact our Consumer Services immediately to arrange a return or exchange at +44(0)7776306817.
Order Cancellation by Harmony Dine: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In such an event, you will receive a full refund.
Non-returned Items: If you cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them at your expense. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation.
